Завдання: Tasks of the "Theory of Entrepreneurship" discipline include:
Studying the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurship: Students are introduced to the main theoretical approaches to entrepreneurship, including classical and modern theories.
Understanding the role of entrepreneurship in the economy: Students analyze the role of entrepreneurship in creating new jobs, stimulating economic growth and innovation.
Learning the tools and methods of entrepreneurship: students gain practical skills in business planning and management, including business planning and marketing strategies.
Analyzing Entrepreneurial Opportunities and Risks: Students learn how to identify and evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities and understand the risks associated with entrepreneurship.
Formation of entrepreneurial thinking: Discipline of promoting the development of creativity, innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit among students.
Studying the ethical and social aspects of entrepreneurship: Students explore the ethical standards and responsibilities of entrepreneurs to society and the environment.
Development of a business project: Students have the opportunity to develop their own business plan or project and present it as part of their studies.

Learning outcomes allow students to be prepared for entrepreneurial activity, to develop and successfully implement their own business idea, as well as to understand the importance of entrepreneurship in modern society.

Summary of the subject: The discipline "Theory of Entrepreneurship" is considered as part of the educational program aimed at preparing students for understanding and practical application of the main aspects of entrepreneurial activity. It includes the study of theoretical approaches to entrepreneurship, analysis of the role of entrepreneurship in the economy and society, business planning and strategy development skills, as well as an understanding of entrepreneurial opportunities and risks.
This discipline is aimed at the development of entrepreneurial thinking among students, preparation for independent entrepreneurial activity, as well as understanding the importance of entrepreneurship for modern society. It provides students with an opportunity to learn about the practical aspects of business, including analyzing market conditions, financial planning and risk management.
Completion of this discipline prepares students to understand the essence and complexity of entrepreneurial activity, develops their decision-making skills and the creation of their own business, and the development of their entrepreneurial potential.
Опис: Topic 1. Entrepreneurship is a characteristic feature of the development of modern society.
Main topic: History of the development of the theory of entrepreneurship. Content and characteristic features of entrepreneurship. The role and place of entrepreneurship in society. Subjects and objects of entrepreneurial activity. The entrepreneur as a key figure in the modern business process.
Topic 2. Branches and types of entrepreneurship
General characteristics of types of entrepreneurial activity and their classification. The essence and types of organizational and legal forms of entrepreneurial activity. Peculiarities of entrepreneurship in certain industries
Topic 3. Business environment
Prerequisites of entrepreneurship and elements of the entrepreneurial environment. Functions and business model. Legal basis of entrepreneurship. Problems and prospects of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine.
Topic 4. Legal status of an entrepreneur
An entrepreneur is a key figure in a market economy. Rights, duties and responsibilities of an entrepreneur
Topic 5. Entrepreneurship organization
The mechanism of creating your own business. Formation of initial capital and valuation of the company's property. Name and trademark of the enterprise. Procedure for state registration of business entities. Financial support of entrepreneurial activity. Termination of business structures.
Topic 6. Competition as a means of implementing entrepreneurship.
Content and characteristic features of market entrepreneurship
Topic 7. Management in entrepreneurship.
The essence of management and its role in the development of entrepreneurship. Business management system. Business planning in business practice. Development of strategy and business planning of entrepreneurial activity. The essence of entrepreneurial risk. Types of risk and methods of their assessment. Environmental risk management. The essence and main functions of competition.
Types of competition and their role in the development of entrepreneurship. Methods of competitive struggle and types of competitive behavior. Trade secret: essence and key tools of protection. State regulation of competition.
Topic 8. State regulation and state support of entrepreneurship? ?
The essence of state regulation of business activity. State support of entrepreneurship in modern conditions.
Topic 9. Business ethics and social responsibility in business
Motivation of entrepreneurial activity. Character traits of an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship culture and business etiquette. Legal and social responsibility in business.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
