Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the discipline is for students to master a complex of knowledge and acquire skills and abilities in the field of theory and practice of financial management and analysis of non-profit organizations in modern conditions of social development, formation and systematization of students' knowledge and practical skills, in-depth study of basic financial theories, mastering techniques and methods of financial of management aimed at making effective managerial financial decisions.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: ? the ability to solve complex tasks and problems in the field of public management and administration and/or in the learning process, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations and is characterized by the uncertainty of conditions and requirements; general: ? ability to plan and manage time; professional: ? the ability to use modern ICT in the process of preparation and implementation of management decisions ? understanding of the purpose, basic principles, strategic goals of the development of society in Ukraine, tasks aimed at achieving them, as well as the main directions, stages and mechanism of implementation of strategies, taking into account modern trends and features of the development of Ukraine in the future.
Learning outcomes: Study of the essence of financial management, methods and levers of the financial mechanism of a non-profit organization, the principles of building a system of financial management of a non-profit organization; determination of the legal field of functioning of the financial flows management system of a non-profit organization; understanding the basics of tactical and strategic planning of financial resources, development and budgeting; study of various methods of determining the effectiveness of financial activities of a non-profit organization within the legal field.

Summary of the subject: Non-profit organizations and their types. Conditions for the creation of non-profit organizations. Theoretical and organizational foundations of financial management of non-profit organizations. Formation of strategic goals and objectives of financial management of NPOs. Sources of funding for NPOs. Features of taxation NPOs. Finances of public organizations, charitable foundations and non-state pension funds. Financial resources of budgetary institutions. Managing the effectiveness of NPOs.

Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (40%) - control measure (60%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current monitoring of practical, seminar classes is carried out in order to identify the readiness of graduate students for classes in the following forms: ? a selective oral survey before the start of classes; ? frontal standardized survey by cards, tests within 5-10 minutes; ? frontal verification of homework; ? assessment of the graduate student's activity in the process of classes, submitted proposals, original decisions, clarifications and definitions, additions to previous answers, etc.; ? written (up to 45 min.) control work. Control questions are divided into: ? a) test tasks - choose the correct answers; ? b) problematic – creation of problematic situations; ? c) questions-replies - to identify cause-and-effect relationships; ? d) situational tasks - to determine the answer according to a certain situation; ? e) questions of a reproductive nature - determination of practical significance (for example, studied chemical phenomena); ? e) interactive quiz and game tasks. During the control of students' knowledge and skills, I adhere to the following requirements: ? individual nature of control; ? timeliness and systematic control; ? objectivity and fairness of assessment; ? taking into account the age characteristics of students; ? justified and reasoned assessment of works and answers; ? diversification of forms and types of control. The final control is an exam in written and oral form in accordance with the examination tasks approved at the meeting of the AFM department, with the aim of assessing the knowledge and skills of the graduate student. The oral form of control involves answering 5 random questions related to the course. A correct and complete answer is valued at 1 point.
