Мета вивчення дисципліни: deepening of theoretical and practical training of future specialists based on the assimilation of systematized and generalized knowledge on crisis management of the business entity.
Завдання: general competencies: 1) Ability to learn and master modern knowledge; 2) ability to exercise their rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to realize the values of civil (free democratic) society and the need for its sustainable development, the rule of law, human and civil rights and freedoms in Ukraine; 3) the ability to preserve and enhance moral, cultural, scientific values and achievements of society based on an understanding of the history and patterns of development of the subject area, its place in the general system of knowledge about nature and society and in the development of society, technology and technology, to use various types and forms of physical activity for active recreation and healthy lifestyle; 4) ability to be critical and self-critical; 5) ability to adapt and act in a new situation; 6) ability to work in a team; 7) ability to plan and manage time; 8) ability to identify, pose and solve problems; 9) ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources; 10) ability to communicate in the state language both orally and in writing; 11) ability to communicate in a foreign language; 12) ability to communicate based on the purpose of communication and specific situation; 13) ability to communicate with representatives of other professional groups of different levels (with experts from other fields of knowledge/activities). professional competencies: - ability to ensure the proper level of production and use of management products, services or processes; - ability to provide information and analytical support for management processes using modern information resources and technologies; - ability to prepare draft management decisions and implement them; - ability to conduct applied research in the field of public management and administration as part of a working group; - ability to organize the activities of organizations, applying appropriate methods of strategic and crisis management, organizational, competitive and legal culture.
Learning outcomes: LO4 To know the structure and features of the functioning of the sphere of public administration and management. RN5. To know the standards, principles and norms of activity in the field of public management and administration. LO8. Understand and use technologies for the development, adoption and implementation of management decisions LO11. Be able to search and summarize information, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations within their competence. ELO13. Use methods of analysis and evaluation of sustainable development programs. LO15. Apply quality control methods in the field of professional activity. LO16. Use data from statistical reporting, accounting and special research in professional activities LO17. Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisites: competition theory, analysis of the activities of economic entities in commodity markets Co-requisites: Competitiveness of the national producer, Regional policy and territorial development.
Summary of the subject: Transformation of the social development management system requires new methods, forms, means of preventing crises, risks, conflicts from managers. All this requires managers to master modern methods of risk and crisis management. The relevance of the training course is associated, on the one hand, with the need for modern knowledge on the issues of crisis management, and on the other - with its insufficient methodological support.
Опис: THEORETICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF CRISIS PHENOMENA IN ECONOMY. CRISES IN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC GOVERNANCE. CRISES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMY AND ORGANIZATION. ORGANIZATION OF MONITORING IN ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT. MECHANISM OF STATE ANTI-CRISIS REGULATION. DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT. ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE: TABLE OF CONTENTS, METHODOLOGY, COMPONENTS. DIAGNOSIS OF FINANCIAL FAILURE OF THE ORGANIZATION. INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT POLICY IN THE ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
Assessment methods and criteria: Forms and means of boundary and final control: - testing of knowledge on the topics of the lecture course; - oral questioning during the defense of laboratory works; - writing of current independent and control works; - final control (exam).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Performance and defense of laboratory works 30%. Current written thematic assessments 10%, Exam 60%.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100-88 points - ("excellent") is assigned for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the component's educational material contained in the main and additional recommended literature sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena studied in their interconnection and development, clearly, concisely, logically, consistently answer the questions posed, the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 87-71 points - ("good") is assigned for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 70 - 50 points - ("satisfactory") is assigned for poor knowledge of the educational material of the component, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for poor application of theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of repeating the semester control) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions in solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is assigned for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate while solving practical problems, ignorance of the basic fundamental provisions.
