Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the discipline "Social Aspects in Organizations" is the formation of systemic knowledge about the mechanisms of implementation and development of modern organizations in order to understand their roles in solving social problems and the development of society. The results of studying the discipline "Social Aspects in Organizations" are the student's acquisition of knowledge on the following basic issues, such as: socio-economic role of organizations in the development of society; the evolution of social responsibility of organizations in a historical section; content and problems of corporate social responsibility; moral aspects of organizations' activities; theoretical and practical foundations of the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine; organizational and legal forms of social entrepreneurial activity; development of a social business idea; mechanisms of functioning of successful social enterprises in the world and in Ukraine.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: professional competences: - The ability to social interaction, cooperation and conflict resolution. professional competences of a professional direction: - The ability to build personnel policy in public bodies, based on the principles of praxeologism, transparency and professionalism.
Learning outcomes: The ability to use the electronic document management system. The ability to solve social problems both in business and in the implementation of public administration, taking into account world best practices.
Required prior and related subjects: Macroeconomics in the public sphere, Microeconomics, Public administration, State regulation of the economy, Strategic planning of state and regional development.
Summary of the subject: "Social aspects in organizations" is a discipline whose main goal is the formation of systemic knowledge about the mechanisms of implementation and development of organizations in order to understand their role in solving social problems and the development of society. The relevance of studying the discipline is growing in the conditions of the evolution of society in the world and in Ukraine. The purpose of the activities of modern organizations is not only profit, but also the development of tripartite socially significant enterprise-society-state projects to use social opportunities and solve social problems. Modern challenges of Ukrainian society, such as military actions and problems of internally displaced persons create additional reasons for the activation of social initiatives. Entrepreneurship is being transformed at the request of society, its institutions are changing, society and business are being integrated. Consolidating and strengthening the role of social responsibility of business is an important factor in the economic growth of society. In the future, this will be one of the main factors in the subsequent organization, transformation and integration of social, entrepreneurial and state elements. Social entrepreneurship can also be an effective form of solving social problems. Unlike philanthropy, social enterprises are sustainable business mechanisms that have a much greater impact on existing problems and allow more efficient distribution of financial resources. In Ukraine, there are conditions for effective social entrepreneurship, social project financing programs are being implemented. The results of mastering the course "Social Aspects in Organizations" are knowledge of the mechanisms of implementation and development of organizations to understand their role in solving social problems and the development of society, the ability to freely navigate the theoretical and practical possibilities of entrepreneurial activity, find acceptable and effective ways to solve current problems society, develop an idea and business plan of a social business, analyze risk factors for the existence of a social enterprise.
Опис: History of management and social responsibility development. Modern concepts of social responsibility management. Fundamentals of organizations management. Functioning of a social enterprise. Social enterprise planning. Marketing process of a social enterprise. Social enterprise finance. Program and legal bases of social enterprise functioning.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current and credit control. Current control – knowledge assessment methods: written testing on the topics of the lecture course, oral and face-to-face interviews, presentations at practical classes, solving situational tasks. Credit control - performance of all tasks of current control.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current and credit control is 100%. Current and credit control – written test (3 * 20 points = 60 points), oral survey (2 * 20 points = 40 points), together for current and credit control (100 points). Together for the discipline (100 points).
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.

The results of studying the discipline "Social Aspects in Organizations" (CP) are the student's acquisition of knowledge on the following basic issues, such as: socio-economic role of organizations in the development of society; the evolution of social responsibility in historical terms; content and problems of corporate social responsibility; moral aspects of organizations' activities; theoretical and practical foundations of the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine; organizational and legal forms of social entrepreneurial activity; development of a social business idea; mechanisms of functioning of successful social enterprises in the world and in Ukraine.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: Integral competence: - The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of public management and administration or in the learning process, which involves the application of theories and scientific methods of the relevant field characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions. General competences: - The ability to identify, pose and solve problems. Professional competences: - The ability to social interaction, cooperation and conflict resolution. Professional competences of a professional direction: - The ability to implement the plans of communities that should be engaged in local development, as well as to manage the completion of the processes of decentralization and self-government reforms, to implement the principle of universality of local self-government in practice.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - The ability to apply norms and rules of professional communication in the Ukrainian language. - The ability to detect violations of financial, personnel, information and other types of security, analyze and establish the causes of their occurrence, practically apply regulatory and legal principles to ensure the economic security of enterprises and organizations.

Basic principles. Writing Annotation, Table of Contents, Introduction, Conclusions, List of sources used - basic requirements and rules of conclusion. The main aspects of course project completion. Key requirements and standard errors.
Опис: The study of the discipline "Social Aspects in Organizations" (CP) involves the implementation of a course project, which aims to consolidate, on the basis of applied justifications, theoretical knowledge and skills regarding the mechanisms of implementation and development of organizations in order to understand their role in solving social problems and the development of society. Since in modern world and Ukrainian trends in the development of organizations, attention is paid to solving social problems and using social opportunities, organizations change according to the demands of society, the importance of social entrepreneurship is increasing, the main direction of the course project is the development of the concept and business plan of social entrepreneurship, measurement of social impact and results of social enterprise activity.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current and credit control - 100%.
