Мета вивчення дисципліни: The formation of students' developed modern special knowledge about the methodologies and methods of antimonopoly regulation, taking into account the organizational and legal foundations. Development of knowledge on methods of influence on monopolization in markets and development of competition with the participation of state authorities.
Завдання: The study of the academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general competencies: the ability to identify, pose and solve problems; professional competences: the ability to ensure the appropriate level of production and use of management products, services or processes; the ability to implement information and analytical support of management processes using modern information resources and technologies; the ability to analyze state and regional policy in the sphere of security, innovation and investment, economic, competitive and social spheres, develop and implement measures to improve their formation and implementation, based on the content of state management technologies, mechanisms of civil society development and competitive development of enterprises, markets , regions and the state.
Learning outcomes: - knowledge of the antitrust regulation organizational and legal framework; - knowledge of the antitrust regulation subject and object characteristics in different fields and sectors and on the international level; - identifying key approaches to antitrust regulation in certain industries and sectors of the economy; - handling organizational and legal bases of antimonopoly regulation of anticompetitive manifestations in commodity markets. - knowledge of the antitrust regulation organizational and legal framework; - knowledge of the antitrust regulation subject and object characteristics in different fields and sectors and on the international level; - identifying key approaches to antitrust regulation in certain industries and sectors of the economy; - handling organizational and legal bases of antimonopoly regulation of anticompetitive manifestations in commodity markets.
Required prior and related subjects: macroeconomics, microeconomics, state regulation of the economy, the theory of industrial markets.

The newest mechanisms of antimonopoly regulation in the USA. 3. Topic: World experience of antimonopoly regulation. Question: general description of the antimonopoly legislation of the USA and Great Britain; Eastern countries Europe and East Asia; antimonopoly regulation in the USSR. 4. Question: competitive policy of the state in the banking and financial spheres; utilities; fuel and energy complex; transport, communication, television and radio broadcasting; the field of informatization and information technologies; publishing. 18. Topic: Protection of competition due to structural changes in the product market. Question: concept, purpose, priorities and principles of privatization; objects and forms; participation of AMCU in the process of privatization; reorganization.
Assessment methods and criteria: current control-40%, examination control - 60%.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: control work in the form of test tasks No. 1 – maximum number of points is 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 2 – maximum number of points is 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 3 – maximum number of points is 8; control work in the form of test tasks #4 – maximum number of points is 8; control work in the form of test tasks No. 5 - the maximum number of points is 8. Test tasks No. 1-5 involve providing answers to 8 test questions and are conducted with using a virtual learning environment. If all 8 questions are answered correctly the system calculates points as a percentage depending on the number of submissions correct answers. 100% of correct answers are valued at 8 points. The oral component is evaluated in the maximum number of points in case of complete, correct, justified answers to two questions of a descriptive nature (according to the list posted in virtual primary environment) one question is rated at 5 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is given for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49–26 points – (“not certified” with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is given for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
