Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of pre-diploma practice is to deepen and consolidate acquired theoretical knowledge from the main professionally oriented disciplines, to master modern techniques and methods of making managerial decisions, to develop proposals for the introduction of the latest enterprise management technologies; systematic updating and creative application of acquired knowledge in practical activities when solving activity tasks that arise during the implementation of key management functions.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: Integral competence: The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems in the field of public management and administration or in the learning process, which involves the application of theories and scientific methods of the relevant field and is characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions. General competences: ? the ability to realize one's rights and responsibilities as a member of society, to be aware of the values of a civil (free democratic) society and the need for its sustainable development, the rule of law, the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in Ukraine; ? the ability to be critical and self-critical; ? ability to adapt and act in a new situation; ? ability to work in a team; ? the ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources; ? the ability to communicate based on the goals of communication and the specific situation; Professional competencies of the specialty: ? the ability to ensure the appropriate level of production and use of management products, services or processes; ? the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal and moral and ethical norms of behavior; ? the ability to use the electronic document management system; ? the ability to provide information and analytical support for management processes using modern information resources and technologies; ? the ability to develop tactical and operational plans of management activities; ? ability to research and search activities in the field of public management and administration;
Learning outcomes: - ability to apply basic knowledge in the field of strategic, operational, innovative, anti-crisis, financial, investment, anticipative, creative management of public organizations and their units; - apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve problems of managing enterprises and organizations, using toughed methods; - ability to formulate methods of managing public organizations in the environment of continuing changes of state policy; - systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas in the management of organizations; - Search for information in various sources to solve the problems of effective management of state-owned entities and public organizations; - the ability to organize the work of state power through the systems of local information networks and segments of the global information network, which ensures the functioning of the authorities in real-time and makes the most easy and accessible daily communication with the citizens, legal entities, non-governmental organizations. - the ability to be critical and self-critical in understanding the factors that have a positive or negative impact on communication, and the ability to identify and account for these factors in specific communication situations; - the ability to critically evaluate the results of the activities and carry out analytical confirmation of the decisions made.

Analysis of the management and economic activity of the organization (indicators, trends, problems, deficiencies, etc.).
Опис: General characteristics of the organization. The content of acquired practical experience in the context of analyzing the subject of the bachelor's qualification work. Types of enterprise activity, peculiarities of production and economic activity, domestic and foreign economic relations. Economics of production and economic activity (indicators, trends, problems, shortcomings, etc.). Scientific and innovative activity in the organization. The system of administrative management of the organization Assessment of the environmental condition, occupational health and safety situation in the organization.
Assessment methods and criteria: Final seminar - practice report (100%, verbal discussion evaluation)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The general and characteristic form of student reporting for practice is the submission of a written report (signed and evaluated directly by the supervisor from the practice base) of the practice, drawn up according to the requirements. The written report together with other documents established by the department are submitted for review to the head of practice from the department. The internship report is defended by the student (with a differentiated assessment) before the committee appointed by the head of the department. The commission accepts credit from students on the bases of practice in the last days of its completion or at the department during the first 3 days after the practice. The assessment for practice is entered in the assessment and examination list and in the student's assessment book under the signatures of the committee members. A student who has not completed the internship program for valid reasons may be granted the right to repeat the internship subject to the conditions determined by the department. A student who received a negative evaluation from the commission last time in practice is expelled from the university.
