Learning outcomes: Analyze and predict market phenomena and processes based on the application of fundamental principles, theoretical knowledge and applied skills of marketing activities. Apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems in the field of marketing. Assess the risks of conducting marketing activities, set the level of uncertainty in the marketing environment when making management decisions. Explain information, ideas, problems and options for making managerial decisions to specialists and non-specialists in the field of marketing, representatives of various structural divisions of a market entity. Perform functional duties in the group, offer sound marketing solutions. Manage the distribution system of goods, identify and assess the risks of the enterprise's operations using the principles of marketing and logistics. Communicating information, ideas, problems, solutions and personal experience in the field of professional activity to specialists and non-specialists. Management of complex activities or projects, responsibility for making decisions in unpredictable conditions. Responsibility for the professional development of individuals or groups of individuals. Ability for further learning with a high level of autonomy.

Summary of the subject: The nature and characteristics of the risk system in logistic channels. Risk identification and system analysis. Quantitative assessment of risks. Main approaches to risk management. Risk management. Risk insurance. Cargo insurance. Insurance of carrier responsibility. Insurance of forwarders, customs brokers, storage operators. Risks hedging.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (30%): written reports on laboratory work, oral examination Final control (70%): testing.
