Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the discipline: development of spatial imagination, constructive-geometric thinking based on graphic models of spatial forms, acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for execution and reading of drawings of parts and assembly units, execution of sketches, compilation of design documentation for production. Engineering graphics is an educational discipline that includes elements of graphic geometry and technical drawing.
Завдання: The task of the discipline is to master the means of constructing images of spatial objects on a plane - on a drawing or a computer screen, to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform and read images of objects, working documentation for technical products. It should be noted that complete mastery of drawing as a means of expressing technical opinion and a production document is carried out during the entire study at the university. Learning outcomes: RN1 - the ability to understand the principles of creating technical documentation, the purpose of drawings and the role of a graphic product in the process of chemical and technological production RN2 – the ability to use the projection method to construct images of elements of the surrounding space on paper RN3 – the ability to solve problems related to the geometry of spatial forms and display the solution on a flat image. The ability to apply optimal methods for solving such problems RN4 – the ability to build a drawing of a product of a component unit. Ability to read general view drawings and perform detailing. The ability to apply acquired knowledge using computer graphics methods. RN5 – The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge. The ability to adapt to new conditions, the ability to apply new technical possibilities for solving geometric problems

Summary of the subject: The purpose of studying the discipline "engineering computer graphics" is to teach future specialists in chemical technology and engineering to read and execute drawings of details of machines, mechanisms and structures; analyze the geometric shapes of objects, think abstractly, logically and spatially. The discipline consists of two sections: "Engineering graphics" and "Computer graphics". In the "Engineering graphics" section, the theory of projection systems, properties of depicted elementary figures, methods and algorithms for solving complex and metric problems of a positional and metric nature are studied. The methods of sketch geometry make it possible to achieve clarity of images. Topics of the section: Subject of sketch geometry; task of a point, line, plane and polyhedra on a complex Monge drawing; surfaces of revolution, polyhedra; Design documentation; design of drawings; elements of geometry of parts; images, inscriptions, designations; axonometric projections of details; image and designation of elements of details; the image and designation of the thread; working drawings of details; making sketches of machine parts; images of assembly units; detailing the assembly drawing of the products. In the "Computer graphics" section, the issue of the projection image of technical products, nodes and details by means of the AutoCAD graphic editor is considered. Complete mastery of drawing as a means of expressing technical thought is achieved as a result of mastering graphic geometry and technical drawing and is improved by the use of computer technology.

Assessment methods and criteria: Learning outcomes are assessed according to the following methods: current control – execution and protection of practical graphic works; oral (individual) and frontal (general) survey; tests; assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original decisions, clarifications and definitions, etc. Test.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current graphic works are evaluated according to the following criteria: the correctness of the solution, the design of the work according to state standards, the oral component (protection of the work). The correctness of the solution is 60% of the maximum number of points for this work. Registration - 30%, job protection - 10%. Testing: KZ – 5 questions are valued at 25 points. Assessment of activity: high activity - 2 points; average activity – 1 point; low activity - 0 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
