Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the course is to learn the basic data of the theory of calculation and design of equipment for chemical production, to get acquainted with special equipment, to teach students methods, engineering skills, principles of designing parts and assemblies of machines and devices, taking into account the specific requirements of chemical production and reliability during operation.
Завдання: Integral competence (INT): The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems of chemical technologies and engineering, which involves the application of theories and methods of chemical technologies and engineering and are characterized by complexity and uncertainty of conditions. The ability to interpret the data obtained as a result of laboratory observations and measurements from the point of view of their significance and correlate them with the relevant theory. 11. Ability to use theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities to master the basics of theory and methods of chemical and technological research. 12. Ability to use theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities to analyze, evaluate and design technological processes and equipment using traditional and alternative raw materials. 15. Skills in safe handling of chemical materials, taking into account their physical and chemical properties, including any specific hazards associated with their use. 16. Calculation of the cabinet, which loaded external pressure. Calculation of long cylindrical shells. Calculation of short cylindrical shells that are loaded with external pressure. The procedure for calculating machines working under external pressure. Calculation and design of high pressure devices. General characteristics and design of AVT. Methods for making thick devices. Calculation of AVT, diagrams stresses in thick devices. Temperature stress arising in the thick devices. Increasing the bearing capacity of AVT. Design and calculations of consolidations, closures, lids and bottoms for high pressure devices. Basis of calculation rotating drum machines. Select the type of nozzle sizes and geometric drum.
