Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of practice on the topic of BKR is to consolidate and expand the knowledge obtained during the study of general engineering and special disciplines, familiarization with typical technological processes of the industry, the structure and operation of the main and auxiliary equipment, methods of solving scientific and technological problems; rules of safety technology, labor protection and life safety, collection or development of materials for the performance of bachelor's qualification work.
Завдання: In accordance with the requirements of the OPP for the specialty 161 Chemical technologies and engineering and the qualification characteristics of a specialist, as a result of the internship, students are expected to develop and develop the following competencies: Integral (INT) INT The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems of chemical technologies and engineering during professional activity or in the process of learning, which involves the application of certain theories and methods of chemistry, chemical technologies and engineering and are characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions. Possession of methods of observation, description, identification, classification, objects of chemical technology and industrial products. FC 4. Modern ideas about the principles of structural organization and typical functions and mechanisms of work of technological objects of chemical production. FC 7. Ability to apply modern experimental methods of working with technological objects of chemistry in industrial and laboratory conditions, skills of working with modern measuring equipment. FC 8. The ability to interpret the data obtained as a result of laboratory observations and measurements from the point of view of their significance and correlate them with the relevant theory. FC 10. Ability to use theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities to master the basics of theory and methods of chemical and technological research. FC 12. Ability to use theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities to analyze, evaluate and design technological processes and equipment using traditional and alternative raw materials. FC 13. Ability to calculate and process data, use information technologies to solve experimental and practical tasks in professional activities. FC 14. Knowledge of the legal foundations of industrial activity and legislation of Ukraine in the field of nature protection and nature management. FC 15. Skills in the safe handling of chemical materials, taking into account their physical and chemical properties, including any specific hazards associated with their use. FC 16. The ability to organize the work of a production unit in accordance with the requirements of life safety and labor protection in chemical production.

To select the appropriate technological equipment and graphically depict the technological process, using automated design systems to develop a technological and equipment scheme of chemical-technological productions. UM 13. To participate in the discussion of the results of various types of work (research, search, design, etc.). UM 14. Demonstrate a desire to work independently. UM 15. Present the results of various types of work (research, search, design, etc.) in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages. UM 16. Observe safety techniques at the workplace. Summary of the subject: Practice is an integral component of educational and professional programs (OPP) of training specialists of all educational levels. It is an important and mandatory link of the educational process and allows to consolidate the knowledge and skills in specialty 161 "Chemical technologies and engineering" acquired during the study of theoretical courses, to ensure the acquisition of professional competences by students and the possibility of their employment on the Ukrainian and international labor markets.

Assessment methods and criteria: Defense of the report on industrial practice before the commission appointed by the head of the department during the first two weeks of training classes after the end of the practice. The commission consists of 3 persons: practice leaders from the university and, if possible, from the practice base, as well as teachers of professional training disciplines.

Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the practice is practical familiarization with the technologies for the production of food additives, cosmetics and other products, as well as the collection of materials necessary for the performance of bachelor's qualification work.
Завдання: Collection of materials necessary for the design and construction bachelor's qualification work. Obtaining, during scientific work in the laboratory, experimental data necessary for writing a research bachelor's qualification thesis.
Learning outcomes: • Strengthening the theoretical knowledge gained in the study of specialized courses as well as the acquirement of practical knowledge and skills required for the further independent work. • Gathering data for the fulfillment of the Bachelor qualification work.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisite courses required : • chemistry, technology and utilization of food additives • processes and apparatuses of chemical industries • technology of food production • chemistry and technology of cosmetic products.
Summary of the subject: During the practice on the Bachelor qualification work, the students deeper tap into the knowledge of the contemporary organization forms and working tools in the branch of their future job.
Опис: Practice on the subject of the bachelor's qualification work is held in the 8th semester and lasts 3 weeks. During this practice, students have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the processes and technologies learned during their studies in real production conditions and to collect the materials necessary for the bachelor's qualification work.
Assessment methods and criteria: Written report on practice, presentation, oral defense.

Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of practice is to improve and consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained by students during the study of special disciplines, to acquire practical knowledge and skills necessary for the successful activity of a technological engineer in the processing of plastics and elastomers.
Завдання: 1) Detailed study of one of the main technological processes of processing plastics or elastomers, which are available at the enterprise, according to the topic of the diploma project. 2) Detailed study of technological equipment (main and auxiliary), design features of machines and units, principles of their operation. 3) Study of the content of the activities of technologists of the shop and the department of the chief technologist, familiarization with the work of technologists, with the technological preparation of production, with the necessary documentation for the development of the technological process, advanced types of technology and organization of production. 4) Improving knowledge on the organization of product quality control. 5) Studying the causes of defects and ways to eliminate them. 6) Detailed study of issues of automation of production processes. 7) Improving knowledge of economics and organization of production in market conditions. 8) Improvement of knowledge in matters of labor protection and environment. 9) Critical analysis of current production and determination of possibilities for its reconstruction and modernization at this enterprise. 10) Collection of material for the bachelor's qualification work.

Summary of the subject: Practice on the subject of a bachelor's qualification work is an integral part of the educational and professional training program for specialists of all educational and qualification levels. It is an important and mandatory part of training a highly qualified specialist for future work, ensuring his competitiveness and the possibility of employment on the domestic and European labor markets. Student practice is conducted separately from theoretical training at practice bases (enterprises, organizations, institutions), the scientific and technical equipment of which is able to meet modern requirements for the training of specialists of the appropriate educational and qualification level, as well as the conditions for their further professional growth and career. The duration of the practice, the terms of its implementation, and its scope are determined by the individual study plan of the student and the schedule of the educational process. The amount of practice is measured in credits (that is, the practice must be organized and its results documented so that it can be evaluated in credits). Practice on the topic of the bachelor's qualification work involves improving the professional and practical training of students, the technology of providing them with a sufficient amount of practical knowledge, abilities and skills, in accordance with the requirements of the educational and qualification characteristics, using the material and technical base of employers.
