Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the discipline is to train specialists capable of solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems of chemical technologies in the production of silicate and refractory materials and substances, hardware and technical support at specialized factories.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of students' ability to solve complex problems and practical problems related to technology and the choice of equipment in the production of silicate materials, which involves the application of theories and methods of chemical technologies and is characterized by the complexity of conditions and involves the formation and development of such competencies in students : integral competence: - the ability to solve complex tasks and practical problems of chemical technologies and engineering, which involves the application of theories and methods of chemical technologies and engineering and are characterized by the complexity and uncertainty of conditions; general: – knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of professional activity; - Ability to communicate in the state language both orally and in writing; professional: - the ability to use professional knowledge and practical skills to solve specific tasks in the field of technologies of silicate and refractory materials and substances; - carry out the selection of equipment and technical equipment at the enterprises of the specialized field.
Learning outcomes: 1. Knowledge of existing technologies for processing raw materials. 2. Knowledge of their nomenclature, properties and economic efficiency of application. 3. Understanding the relationship between the properties of raw materials and the choice of equipment for their processing. 4. Acquaintance with modern machines for processing raw materials.
Required prior and related subjects: Materials science of silicates; Technology of ceramics; Technology of binding materials; Glass production technology and equipment.
Summary of the subject: The discipline involves the study of the mechanisms of the destruction of raw materials, the study of the structure, design and features of the operation of technological equipment in the conditions of silicate production.
Опис: The role of mechanical equipment in the technological cycle of raw material preparation. General concepts about material crushing. Crushing methods, classification of crushing machines Crushing and grinding machines. Purpose, structure and design features. Mechanical sorting of materials. Apparatus for dehydration and drying of silicate materials. Purpose, structure and design features. Equipment for mixing materials. Purpose, structure and design features. Feeders for dosing raw materials. Machines for transporting raw materials.
Assessment methods and criteria: Evaluation of learning results is carried out on the basis of tests, performance of laboratory work and semester control test.
