Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: ECTS credits are allocated to the student in case of successful passing of written (oral) tests and exams, defense of reports on practices.
Characteristics of the educational program: The educational professional program is based on well-known scientific positions and results of modern researches on law; it focuses on actual specializations within which further professional career is possible.
Gained competence: 1. Determine the persuasiveness of arguments in the process of assessing previously unknown conditions and circumstances. 2. Analyze social processes in the context of the analyzed problem and demonstrate their own vision of ways to solve it. 3. Conduct collection and integrated analysis of materials from various sources. 4. Make own sound judgments based on an analysis of a known problem. 5. Give a brief conclusion on certain factual circumstances (data) with sufficient justification. 6. Evaluate the disadvantages and advantages of arguments analyzing a known problem. 7. Draw up and coordinate a plan of own research and independently collect materials from certain sources. 8. Use a variety of information sources to fully and comprehensively establish certain circumstances. 9. Independently determine the circumstances to clarify which the assistance is needed, and act in accordance with the received recommendations. 10. Use statistical information obtained from primary and secondary sources for professional activities in a proper way. 11. Freely use available information technologies and databases for professional activities. 12. Be able to use computer programs necessary for professional activities. 13. Work in a group, making their own contribution to the tasks of the group. 14. Show knowledge and understanding of the basic modern legal doctrines, values and principles of functioning of the national legal system. 15. Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the essence and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of law. 16. Prepare drafts of the necessary acts of law enforcement in accordance with the legal conclusion made in different legal situations.

1. Communicate fluently in state and foreign languages both orally and in writing, correctly using legal terminology. 2. Have basic rhetoric skills. 3. Convey the material on certain issues to the respondent in accessible and clear way. 4. Explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context.
