Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes (ПР): ПР3. Conduct collection and integrated analysis of materials from various sources; ПР15. Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the nature and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of law; ПР16. Explain the nature and content of basic legal phenomena and processes; ПР17. Apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, highlight legally significant facts, and form sound legal conclusions; ПР18. Prepare drafts of necessary acts of application of law in accordance with the legal conclusion made in different legal situations; ПР19. Provide advice on possible ways to protect the rights and interests of clients in various legal situations; ПР23. Analyze and correctly apply the rules of substantive and procedural law. Communication (КОМ) КОМ4. Explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context. Autonomy and responsibility (AiВ) AiВ1. Summary of the subject: "Family Law" is a discipline that orients students to an in-depth study of family law. The study of the discipline will allow students to form a complete and objective view of personal non-property and property relations arising from marriage, kinship, adoption, guardianship and custody, adoption of a child in the family for the upbringing, and other reasons not prohibited by law and those that do not contradict moral principles. Within this discipline the theoretical knowledge of students on the legal basis of family rights and family responsibilities, features and conditions of the marriage contract and the legal basis for the protection of family rights, conditions, grounds and legal consequences of invalidity of marriage, its dissolution, theoretical and practical problems of family law. Deep mastering by students of the basic provisions of this discipline is a necessary condition for the formation of qualified specialists, in particular, future lawyers, legal advisers, judges, notaries, prosecutors, etc.
Assessment methods and criteria: The form of semester control of student learning outcomes in the discipline "Family Law" for the semester is credit control, which is conducted in the form of credit for the accumulative system in the time provided by the schedule of the educational process (for full-time students) and credit (written and oral components) for part-time students). The test in the discipline "Family Law" is conducted by a lecturer with the possible participation of an assistant or other teacher who conducted practical classes in the discipline.
