Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline "Regulation of public services and procedures" the student must show the following learning outcomes: - Сonduct collection and integrated analysis of materials from various sources. - Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the nature and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of Law. -Apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, highlight legally significant facts and form sound legal conclusions. -Know the mechanism of realization of human rights and freedoms. -Analyze and correctly apply the rules of substantive and procedural law. - Demonstrate knowledge of legal norms that determine the organization and content of public authorities. - Analyze situational plots and solve legal problems. - Demonstrate an understanding legislation in the sphere of public Law. - To form substantiated conclusions and recommendations on solving problematic issues in the public sphere. - Explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context. - Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; - Ability to treat the work responsibly, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics; - Ability to demonstrate understanding of current legislation.

Summary of the subject: The study of the academic discipline involves: a deep and comprehensive study of the subjects of relations regarding the provision of administrative services, stages of the administrative (public) service provision procedure, as well as regulatory and legal support in the field provision of public services; consideration of administrative types procedures, subjects of administrative procedures, their features and species; mastering the structure of administrative procedures, content of law-making administrative procedures, etc.
Assessment methods and criteria: Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: oral examination - 60 points; - individual research task (abstract, report, presentation) - 10 points; - control work - 10 points; - test control - 20 points; - total for the discipline - 100 points.
