Summary of the subject: "Organization of activities of courts and law enforcement agencies"- one of the initial training courses that provide basic knowledge about law enforcement and the bodies that carry it out. Basic concepts, subject, system and normative sources of the discipline "оrganization of the activities of courts and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine." Judicial branch. The principles of the judiciary. The judicial system. Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The status of judges. Bodies of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine. Preliminary investigation bodies. Internal Affairs Bodies. Bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine. Bodies and institutions of justice. Advocacy. Notaries. State Penitentiary Service in Ukraine. Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnosis include current and final control. Current control knowledge is an integral part of the whole learning process and serves as a means to identify the perception (learning) educational material on the subject The "Organization of activities of courts and law enforcement agencies" Independent and individual work of students provides a focused search for effective ways of learning discipline "Organization of activities of courts and law enforcement agencies", awareness and consistency in work, ability to use existing literature and regulatory framework, plan own work. Current control (40 points) By means of this control are: oral examination; carrying out of tests on VLE platform ; writing essays, reports, participating in conferences, written work ( 10 points); The final control of students' knowledge in favor of the exam ( 60 grades). The structure of tasks according to the specifics include: - Tests of different difficulty levels, - written assignment (40 points), - A theoretical issue or problem regulatory nature. - oral assignment (20 points)
