Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes: PR2. Analyze social processes in the context of the analyzed problem and demonstrate your own vision of ways to solve it. PR5. Give a brief conclusion on certain factual circumstances (data) with sufficient justification. PR16. Explain the nature and content of basic legal phenomena and processes. PR17. Apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, highlight legally significant facts and form sound legal conclusions. PR19. Provide advice on possible ways to protect the rights and interests of clients in different legal situations. COM4. Explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context. AiV3. Ability to treat the work responsibly, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics; AiV4. Ability to demonstrate understanding of current legislation.

Summary of the subject: Studying the course "Prevention of Corruption in the Public Sphere" is part of the training of lawyers, which provides systematic knowledge of the nature of corruption, factors and preconditions for its emergence and spread, theory and practice of preventing and combating corruption; forms the ability to analyze the state of corruption in Ukraine, its features and trends, forms of manifestation and on the basis of scientific approaches to identify ways to improve anti-corruption policy, improve legal and organizational framework for preventing and combating corruption, ensuring effective public cooperation to reduce corruption.
Assessment methods and criteria: Forms and means of control over the study of the discipline are: • oral questioning at seminars; • presentation at seminars (with a report, discussion, etc.); • performance of an individual research task; • performance of control works; • group work in seminars; •test. Distribution of points on a 100-point scale: Practical (seminar) classes-55 b. Test work - 20 b. Execution of an individual research task - 25 b. Together for the discipline - 100 b.
