Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PR2. to analyze social processes in the context of the analyzed problem and demonstrate their own vision of ways to solve it; PR4. formulate their own reasonable judgments based on the analysis of a known problem; PR5. give a brief opinion on certain factual circumstances (data) with sufficient justification; PR15. demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the essence and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of law; PR16. explain the nature and content of basic legal phenomena and processes; PR17. to apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, to single out legally significant facts and to form substantiated legal conclusions; PR20. know the categorical apparatus of legal science; PR21. know the mechanism of realization of human rights and freedoms; PR23. analyze and correctly apply the rules of substantive and procedural law; PR24. demonstrate knowledge of legal norms that determine the organization and content of public authorities; PR29. analyze situational plots and solve legal problems; KOM4. explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context; AiB1. have the ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; AiB3. have the ability to be responsible in the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics; AiB4. have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of current legislation.

Summary of the subject: Administrative law is one of the leading branches in the legal system of Ukraine, a complex socio-legal entity, which reflects the material, ideological, moral and other relations that exist in society. The study of this discipline allows applicants to gain knowledge about the legal implementation of the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens in relations with public administration; features of managerial influence in various spheres of public life; study of administrative legislation and materials of legal practice; study of the main directions of development of administrative law, as well as problems of legal regulation of the status of executive bodies, civil service, administrative justice; proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, etc.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment methods and criteria: The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale and are distributed as follows: - 45 points - current control; - 55 points - exam. Description of methods for assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes Forms and means of control over the study of the discipline are: • oral questioning at seminars; • presentation at seminars (with a report, discussion, etc.); • group work in seminars; • exam.
