Summary of the subject: The purpose of industrial practice is to consolidate the theoretical knowledge acquired by students in the process of studying; acquisition by students of skills of independent practical activity in the field of jurisprudence; formation of professional skills and abilities to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and to make independent decisions while performing specific work; educating the need to systematically update their knowledge and apply them creatively in practice.
Assessment methods and criteria: The evaluation of students' internship results is carried out on a 100-point scale with the obligatory transfer of points to the national scale (with the semester grade "excellent", "good", "satisfactory" or "unsatisfactory"). When evaluating the results of the student's internship, the following are taken into account: the completeness of the work program of internship; knowledge of the regulatory framework of organizations, institutions, enterprises; ability to analyze the work performed, the state of current legislation, documents governing the activities of the institution or official; the level of formation of practical skills and abilities; content and quality of individual tasks; design and style of the report; feedback from practice leaders.
