Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline "Information Law" the student must demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - Analyze social processes in the context of the analyzed problem and demonstrate their own vision of ways to solve it. - Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the nature and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of law. - Explain the nature and content of basic legal phenomena and processes. - Apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, highlight legally significant facts and form sound legal conclusions. - Know the mechanism of realization of human rights and freedoms. - Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; - Abilityresponsiblyto treat the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics; - Ability to demonstrate understanding of current legislation.

Summary of the subject: The curriculum "Information Law" describes the issues of legal regulation of relations arising in the field of formation and circulation of information in Ukraine. The subject of the discipline "Information Law" is a system of legal norms governing relations between subjects of law regarding the right to information. In other words, this discipline includes the achievements of legal science on public information relations, governed by legal norms and the content of which is the search and receipt, use and storage, dissemination, production and protection of information.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnosing learning success, forms of measuring the level of knowledge acquisition in the discipline are: - oral examination in practical classes; - presentation at practical classes (with an abstract, report, discussion, etc .; - testing students' knowledge of the relevant topic of the lecture course; - written test (answers to questions of the lecture course, solving practical problems, test tasks, etc.). Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: Current control: - practical (seminars) classes -30; - individual research task -10; Examination control: - writing component -50 - oral component -10 together for discipline -100 points.
