Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: - to show knowledge and understanding of the basic modern legal doctrines, values and principles of functioning of the national legal system; - demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding of the essence and content of basic legal institutions and norms of fundamental branches of law; - explain the nature and content of basic legal phenomena and processes; - to apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, to single out legally significant facts and to form substantiated legal conclusions; - analyze and correctly apply the rules of substantive and procedural law; - demonstrate knowledge of legal norms that determine the organization and content of public authorities; - analyze situational plots and solve legal problems; - explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context; - ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; - the ability to be responsible in the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics; - ability to demonstrate understanding of current legislation.

Summary of the subject: Financial law as a branch of law. Financial and legal norms and relations. Financial control in Ukraine. Budget law and budget process in Ukraine. Legal regulation of intergovernmental relations. Budget control and responsibility for violations of budget legislation. Tax law and tax relations. State credit. Legal bases of compulsory state insurance. Legal bases of banking activity. Legal regulation of money circulation. The concept and content of currency regulation. Currency control in Ukraine.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnosing academic success, forms of measuring the level of knowledge acquisition in the discipline are: - oral examination in practical classes; - presentation at practical classes (with an abstract, report, discussion, etc .; - testing students' knowledge on the relevant topic of the lecture course; - written test (answers to the questions of the lecture course, solving practical problems, test tasks, etc.). Criteria for evaluating student learning outcomes: Current control - 40 points Exam - 60 points In total for the discipline - 100 points.
