Special (professional, subject) competencies (CK): CK5. Ability to apply knowledge of the principles and content of institutions of public international law, as well as private international law. CK9. Knowledge and understanding of the basics of legal regulation of public money circulation. CK16. Ability to logical, critical and systematic analysis of documents, understanding their legal nature and meaning. Professional competencies (PK): PK1.10. Ability to apply theoretical knowledge and knowledge of the legal framework in the legal regulation of foreign economic activity. Program learning outcomes (PR): PR2. Summary of the subject: The discipline "Legal regulation of foreign economic activity" is taught to bachelors of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education as a selective discipline and its program is compiled in compliance with the requirements for training specialists in higher specialty 081 "Law". "Legal regulation of foreign economic activity" as a discipline is of great importance in the training of future lawyers because it forms a holistic vision of future professionals on the nature and content of foreign economic activity.
Assessment methods and criteria: Methods of diagnostics of knowledge in the study of the discipline are: oral examination in practical (seminars); performance of an individual research task; control work. Assessment of student learning outcomes is based on the results of the current control in accordance with the 100-point assessment scale established at the University. The assessment criteria are developed according to a four-point system ("excellent", "good", "satisfactory", "unsatisfactory") taking into account the completeness and correctness of the tasks and the mandatory transfer of grades to the University's 100-point scale for evaluating students' knowledge.
