Summary of the subject: Attestation of higher education seekers is carried out in the form of an attestation exam. The attestation exam involves assessing the achievement of learning outcomes defined by the Standard of Higher Education in the specialty 081 "Law" in the field of knowledge 08 "Law" for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education and educational and professional program. Certification of a person who obtains an educational degree is carried out by the Examination Commission (hereinafter - the EC). The EC checks the scientific-theoretical and practical training of students, decides on the award of graduates with the appropriate degree of higher education, the issuance of a document of higher education, provides recommendations for improving the quality of educational and professional training.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the results of the attestation exam is carried out on a 100-point and national scale of knowledge assessment. The examination ticket consists of 30 test tasks of three levels of difficulty and two theoretical questions (oral component of the exam). The total number of points allocated for testing is 60 points. The answer to the test task of the first level of difficulty is estimated at 1 point. The answer to the test task of the second level of difficulty - 2 points. The answer to the test task of the third level of difficulty - 3 points. The oral component of the exam involves the student's answer to the questions contained in the ticket and is evaluated from 0 to 40 points (maximum 20 points for the answer to each theoretical question). The oral component procedure is conducted by interviewing students and evaluating students' responses with mandatory announcement after each student's response. The qualification exam is held at an open meeting of the EC with the participation of at least two thirds of its members in the presence of the chairman of the commission. The meeting of the EC is recorded in the minutes.
