Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline "Administrative Process" the student must demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PR2. Analyze social processes in the context of the analyzed problem and demonstrate their own vision of ways to solve it. PR4. Formulate your own sound judgments based on an analysis of a known problem PR16. Explain the nature and content of basic legal phenomena and processes PR17. Apply the acquired knowledge in different legal situations, highlight legally significant facts and form sound legal conclusions PR19. Provide advice on possible ways to protect the rights and interests of clients in different legal situations. PR21. Know the mechanism of realization of human rights and freedoms. PR23. Analyze and correctly apply the rules of substantive and procedural law. PR24. Demonstrate knowledge of legal norms PR29. Analyze situational plots and solve legal problems. COM4. Explain the nature of certain events and processes with an understanding of the professional and social context. AiV3. Required prior and related subjects: Previous subjects: Theory of State and Law, Administrative Law. Related and such disciplines: Customs law, Administrative proceedings, Tax law.
Summary of the subject: During the study of disciplines Administrative process is expected to consider a number of theoretical issues that enable students to develop knowledge and skills of students working with legislation on administrative offenses, administrative proceedings and proceedings in public administration, as well as develop the ability to draft administrative documents and appeals to citizens. subjects of power to restore the violated right. Studying the course involves gaining knowledge about the concepts, features and structure of administrative procedural law, the concept and structure of administrative procedural rules, content and objectives of administrative proceedings, the main institutions of administrative proceedings and stages of administrative proceedings, features of administrative procedures in administrative proceedings. While studying the discipline, students learn the theoretical foundations of the law on the procedure for providing administrative services, proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, proceedings on citizens' appeals and enforcement proceedings.
Assessment methods and criteria: Forms and means of control over the study of the discipline are: - oral questioning at seminars; - presentation at seminars (with a report, discussion, etc.); - testing, including computer testing; - individual research task (abstract, presentation, thesis); - group work in seminars; - final control testing. Criteria for evaluating learning outcomes: Practical (seminar) classes - 30 points Individual research task (abstract, presentation, thesis) - 10 points Exam- 60 points Total for the discipline - 100 points
