Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following program learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes (ПК): ПP3. Summary of the subject: "Agrarian law" - a discipline that orients students to an in-depth study of agrarian relations. The study of the discipline will allow students to form a complete and objective idea of ??the theoretical foundations of agrarian law, the system of current agricultural legislation, as well as legal issues arising in the formation, operation, and termination of agrarian law, determining the legal status of these enterprises, acquaintance with the specifics of their management, study of the relations of reforming the property and land of non-state agricultural enterprises, ways to protect the rights of peasants in the reform process, features of the legal regime of agricultural lands. Deep mastering by students of the basic provisions of this discipline is a necessary condition for the formation of qualified specialists, in particular, future lawyers, legal advisers, judges, notaries, prosecutors, etc.
Assessment methods and criteria: In terms of using active technologies, busy interfaces are inactive and forms. Problem-based and review lectures, "active" seminars with elements of "business game," training, classes with the use of the computer-communication component. For the form of skills and abilities, teaching methods are used: correct/verbal (lecture, explanation, story, conversation); visual (observation, illustration, demonstration); practical (experiment, practice); explanatory-illustrative or information-receptive (involves the presentation of ready-made information by the teacher and its assimilation by students); reproductive, which is based on the performance of various tasks on the model; method of problem statement; partial search or heuristic; research. Preferred productive methods are problem-solving, part-search and research plans, presentations, training, and business games, conversations, and discussions, work in the VNS of Lviv Polytechnic, "electronic lectures," seminars, distance consultations aimed at activating and stimulating educational and cognitive student activities. Current control is an organic part of all knowledge of the educational process and serves as a means of identifying the degree of perception (assimilation) of educational material in the discipline "Agrarian Law." Assessment of students' knowledge based on current control data is carried out by monitoring the activity during the study of the program discipline, including compliance with practical classes, preparation of reports, reports and analytical materials, etc. Current control using the determination of students' readiness for practical classes in the following forms: frontal standardized oral experience of students on the main issues of discourse; frontal check of performance of individual tasks; challenging individual students to independently solve practical problems or situations (incidents); closer - a survey that is either a continuous survey of all students present or a sample survey of parts of those present. Peculiarities and individual works of students are aimed at finding effective ways to study the discipline "Agrarian Law", conscious attitude and consistency in the work, the ability to use existing literature and regulations, to plan their own work. Independent work of students. It works on a specific list of topics (tasks) set aside for independent study, provided with educational and methodical literature (NMC, textbooks) and recommendations, controlled in the form of test tasks, tests, reports, essays, etc. The form of semester control of student learning outcomes in the discipline "Agrarian Law" for the semester is educational control, which in the form of an accumulative system in the terms provided by the schedule of the educational process (for full-time students) and credit (written and oral components) forms of education). Praise for the discipline "Agrarian Law" is conducted by a lecturer for a possible position of assistant or another teacher who teaches practical classes in the field. The methods of knowledge research, using which the achieved level of achievement of the planned cognitive results from the curriculum "Agrarian Law," endowed with transparent evaluation criteria, provide objective current and credit control.
